You'll work closely with senior leaders, consultants, and project stakeholders in a fast-paced and creative environment where innovation and excellence are the standard. Key Responsibilities Assist with feasibility studies, budgeting, and financial reporting Support planning and approval processes, including DA/BA submissions Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities Track program milestones and help manage construction delivery Assist in marketing, sales coordination, and project handover Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders About You 2 years’ experience in property development, construction, or consulting Tertiary qualification in Property, Construction, Urban Planning or related field Strong communication, analytical and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a small team A keen eye for detail and a passion for architecture and design What’s on Offer $100,000 – $150,000 Super (depending on experience) Be part of a highly respected, design-driven property team Hands-on exposure to luxury residential development from concept to completion Collaborative, dynamic and high-growth environment If you’re ready to take the next step in your development career and contribute to standout projects in the Brisbane market, we’d love to hear from you.
